Orthodontics visit

My husband took a half day off last Wednesday because he accompanied me at the Orthodontics that our friend from church recommends. My friend Nene happened to visit me that day and so, she and her daughter went with us too. Anyway, our friend’s son at church just had his braces done in that Orthodontics and the dentist did a great job because he was using this latest technology called damon so there’s no need of pulling out any teeth. The sad thing though is that this Orthodontics is not covered under our insurance and its close enrollment now for my husband to change our insurance policy. Obviously, whats going to happen if we really decide to go for it, is that my husband has to pay from his own pocket in full. I have another appointment in January there and we’ll see what happens. On the other hand, on the 17th of this month, I have another appointment from Willamette (our original dental provider) for my braces too. Too many dental appointment, I know heheheh….we’re just looking for great provider here. We’re not sure yet how much we’re going to pay for my braces from Willamette but if its cheaper than the other Orthodontics, we might just choose them and cancel my appointment in January at the other Orthodontics. At Willamette, the dentist did the first “part” for my braces already last October and we paid for it and the next appointment will be for putting the braces, hopefully. I am not really sure about it.

Anyway, I am partly excited for my braces and nervous too.
