Pizza time!

That’s right, we just had pizza tonight and I made it from scratch! Last week, when we went to BIL’s house, he made a very delicious pizza and we’re thinking about making one too. I searched over the internet for pizza recipes and I chose the one that’s so simple and easy to make. After I printed the recipes, we went to the grocery store right away to buy the ingredients. It was not that hard for me to make the dough since our bread machine does it. All I did was to put all the dough ingredients on it and I’m set. I have to wait 30 minutes for the dough to rise but guess what, we were all starving that we can’t wait for it LOL. I roll the dough on the pizza stone right away and add the rest of the ingredients. In about 8-10 minutes, the pizza’s done and I can’t believe how delicious it is too. I can tell that the crust is not that perfect though but I am sure that it’ll be perfect the next time. We’ll have the hawaiian pizza maybe tomorrow. I still have a lot of dough to make up to 4 pizzas.
