On being healthy

Me and my husband tried a colon cleanse and it did helped us a lot! We felt much better and healthier. Aside from that, we also exercise at least 30 minutes a day. We ate more vegetables too. Eversince we started this healthy lifestyle, we can really tell the difference. Not only that we are feeling healthy and look healthy, I realized also that we are much happier and more satisfied even with the little things that we have. You really can’t beat being heathy and everyone deserves it!
