Sunny day

I am so thankful to God for the beautiful day today. Its really sunny outside and I can’t wait to walk down the neighborhood when hubby gets home from work. Right now, I need to finish my 3 assignments (1250 words essay) before its due midnight. By the way, my husband just started his class this week from the same school that I am at right now. In fall, he will be cross enrolling in a community school too. Its going to be really busy for us. I might be taking 2 classes at a time too so that I’ll be done this year. On the other hand, we are planning to move to a townhouse soon here. We need at least 3 bedrooms now because Miriam wants to have her own room now. I hope that we can get a townhouse as soon as possible.

I am so blessed to have a very kind teacher. Last Wednesday was the deadline for our assignment (its the major assignment for this class) and I was having a problem with getting my paper done especially that we had visitors that day too. I don’t want to rush my paper just so I can submit it. I want to do it with excellent! I made a decision to write my teacher and explain to her what happpened and if I can submit my paper the following day (yesterday). I was a little nervous to hear back from her but to my surprise, she said, “No worries Rosa, that is totally fine with me.” I just can’t express how grateful I am to have a teacher like her. With my previous teachers, they’re so strict that they will not except late submission. Anyway, we only have 2 more weeks to go and we’ll be done with this class. This means, I have to say HELLO to another class. I have to go now but I will be back later. God bless everyone!

Earlier today was kinda gloomy and freezing but that doesn’t stop us to down the gym. After about an hour at the gym, me and Miriam to the store to get some stuff we need. Miriam runs out of baby oil and lotion so I bought her some. My husband has been telling me to get some for over a week now but I just didn’t had a chance especially that it rains a lot last week and I also had to finish my class assignments. Its due every Wednesday and although I have almost the whole week to finish every assignments, the assignments are not that easy because I need to do a lot of research for a 1000-1250 words essay. I have to admit that learning is really fun though and I can’t complain too much. I just have to focus for the bright light at the end of the tunnel and I am almost there!!!

And oh, it looks so sunny outside at the moment. When hubby gets home, we might go for a walk unless the weather changes…

Now that Miriam is a computer expert, she wont stop using the computer anymore. She would wake up early in the morning just to use the computer. The good thing about it though is that she’s learning a lot because its an educational website that she goes to where she can learn to read. I like it that I don’t have to always sit beside her and teach her in the computer because she knew exactly what to do now and she really love it. Everyday, she surprises us with the new things she learns and its just so amazing! Yesterday, my husband was using the computer and she really want to study again so I tried to teach her how to use the laptop and she got it right away. Its so cute watching her little fingers operates the computer. On the other hand, we don’t really want her to get used to using the laptop because I heard that the radiation is just too strong which is not good for her. Anyway, I have to go now and finish my class assignment for this week. I can’t wait to finish this class and move on to another class…

I’ve been busy watching “LOST” these days hehehehe…you cannot blame me for that because it is really addicting. I am on the season 3 now but I have to really force myself not to watch any episodes until I am done with my last assignment that consists of at least 2000 words. To be honest, I wont mind writing even if I am required to write more than that but the thing that I don’t like about this assignment is that I have to interview 6 people (5 Special Ed teachers and 1 School Principal) and I have to provide my own interview questions. The good thing is that I know I can do it! My philosophy is this, “I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST WHO GIVES ME STRENGTH.” Yup, that is so right! I have to go now and finish my assignment which is due this Thursday!

Honestly, I was so scared to death with this ride but I have to face my fears as what my husband encourages me HEHEHEHE…I am glad I went because it was indeed, fun! Now, I am not scared to ride the roller coaster anymore….

My husband wanted to experience it too…we can’t be together in this ride because Miriam is not old enough to join with us. We have to take turns on watching her…

Pizza!

That’s right! We’re having pizza tonight. The bread machine is kneading the dough right now. I just finished making the pizza sauce and got the toppings ready. This time, I’m going to have mushroom, green pepper, pepperoni as the topping and I might try to add pineapple on it too. Hubby and Miriam are taking their nap right now. On the other hand, I am doing the laundry too.

Lastly, I will be staying up the whole night until I will finished my assignments. Wish me the best! By the way, I am thinking about going to a medical school (MA degree) and then proceed to taking Psychiatry? Thats a lot of work but I can do all thing through Christ who gave me strength!

and its because I am doing my class assignment. I really can’t wait to get this DONE! This week is the first week of my 2 classes and I still have 7 more weeks to go and that’s it! I’m done with my degree. I am so looking forward to be marching on graduation day hehehe…I’m so excited! I gave back all the glory and honor to GOD. Without HIM, I am nothing.

Anyway, I work this morning….fishing was cancelled in the afternoon…me and hubby had fun walking our neighborhood…went to the store and bought a new car seat for Miriam. Her old one doesn’t work anymore because she is too big for that. After that, off we went to an Asian store to get my foodstuff…(so excited to cook ‘em)

That’s all folks. Just a little update here ‘coz I am so sleepy now. We need to wake up so so early tomorrow for church! GOD BLESS EVERYONE!

Back to school

It is really nice to be able to relax the whole holiday season. Since I went to school last May of 2007, I never had enough time to relax. There’s always something to do for school everyday. Next week, I will start on the same routine again for 8 weeks! On the positive side, this will be my last class and I will finally graduate! I can’t wait now, I’m so excited!

Anyway, I am so glad that the snow is melting now and almost gone completely. We can do our daily walking routine now with Miriam.
