It didn’t take that long to put on my spacers. I have 2 on my upper teeth and 2 in the lower teeth. Also, it didn’t hurt at all but it feels like there’s food stuck in between my teeth. Tuesday next week will be for my braces and it will take about 90 minutes. After my appointment, my husband dropped us off in the house and we had lunch. Miriam had her fried rice with eggs while I only ate a banana, mango and an apple. After our lunch we were getting ready to head out to the gym. I thought it was warm outside because it was really sunny but I was wrong as it was still freezing cold and I was only wearing a sweat pants and a thin coat. Poor Miriam though because she was not bundled up really warm. She was only wearing blue jeans and a long sleeve shirt. Her hands were freezing and I covered it with my purse. Anyway, we still have fun and it was not that cold anymore when we’re out from the gym. I let Miriam play at the playtown at the mall after I bought a pair of dress shoes for myself at JCP.

I thank God for today!

They are placed between my teeth to create sufficient space to properly and comfortably fit my braces. Tuesday next week, they will put on my braces which will take approximately 90 minutes. I am excited but partly nervous because I heard that it hurts.
